The course guides students on a journey of personal and social transformation within the context of the Anthropocene. Drawing on experiences of disorientation in times of manifold challenges, it links external change with inner development.
The focus is on four key questions – Purpose, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Responsibility and Effectiveness – through which participants reflect on their own attitudes, responsibilities and effectiveness. Topics such as planetary boundaries, tipping points, disruptive emotions and a new understanding of connectedness shape the course.
The aim is to develop a personal orientation towards the common good, to think entrepreneurially in relationships, to act responsibly and to derive concrete steps towards change.
Innovative formats such as a Future Backcasting Walk, a learning diary and a concluding poetry slam support the connection between reflection, emotion and action.
The course empowers participants to shape their own contribution to transformation and innovation in a conscious and effective manner.
